1. Rode 9ks on my new bike (which is awesome btw) to kickboxing.
2. Ran 5 laps of the oval (about 5ks).
3. Did 90 pushups, interspersed among various sprints.
4. Did 1.5 hours of kb.
5. Rode my bike back, resisting the siren call (smell?) of kfc and hungry jacks.
Feeling rather drained.
P.s. Got my new shin guards! Hope I get a chance to use them soon.
