I’m totally unprepared this time. I have no lists, no printouts!
I can’t even find my Lonely Planet Japanese phrasebook.

I’ve packed super lightly because I can’t be bothered lugging around bulky winter clothes. Of course this means that what I’ve packed will be pretty much everything I can wear in one go once I reach the winter climes. My electronics, however, seem to take up a disproportionate amount of weight – phone, Bebook (ereader), iPod, GPS logger and my Sony V3 camera along with accessories. I had to do the whole memory card musical chairs thing to clear off space for new pics. I’ve got about 5.5 gbs on hand and if I can get to a computer I can transfer to storage in iPod. My world would be perfect if I had a phone with wifi!

Oh and I don’t have enough cash. What else is new?

And I’ve the nasty feeling that I’ve left something crucial behind.
