Loads of construction/ building fit outs going on. There are actually a number of huge cranes on the skyline. Apartments on king william street are starting to become a real student hangout. The hongkie kids in their tracksuits and slippers so remind me of my hku days XD.

The world police and fire games were just in town last week, and of course the Adelaide fringe and festival has been around for about a month, wrapping up at the end of march.
