…Indo mee instant noodles sold with Woolworth’s Good Taste magazine.
I suppose it’s not *too* weird considering that the magazine is about food. But … selling noodls seems a bit incongrous when put next to the presumably healthy and wholesome dishes the magazine would advocate.
Also! The main reason why I find it fascinating is that indo mee, while very popular in south east Asia, and among Asian students in general (you can see them buy cartons of the poison from Asian grocery marts) is not that common in the normal mainstream big chain supermarkets in Australia. Is this indomee’s new marketing strategem to crack into the Australian mainstream diet?!
